Job Summary
Supporting the transition and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise ServiceNow environment, the mid-level ServiceNow Developer will work remotely on a part-time basis, focusing on platform configuration, application development, and integration activities in alignment with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of the ServiceNow platform transition, including requirements validation and technical implementation
- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations while adhering to best practices
- Provide part-time sustainment support post-transition, addressing defects and implementing enhancements based on stakeholder priorities
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret security clearance
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development and integration
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
- Experience troubleshooting application, workflow, and integration issues
