ServiceNow Developer II

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Developer II will design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance ITSM, ITOM, and other service management capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions in line with development standards
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using various APIs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in systems engineering or programming
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, IRM, GRC, and Security Incident Response
• Proficiency in developing solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integration Hub
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
