ServiceNow Developer Lead
Job Summary
Leading ServiceNow development and integration activities, the full-time remote Developer Lead / Integration Developer will translate business requirements into executable solutions, guide development teams, and ensure scalable and supportable ServiceNow implementations within the VA ESOM contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate ServiceNow development activities for the VA ESOM Software Asset Management workstream
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, translating approved requirements into technical tasks
- Provide technical direction to developers while actively engaging in solution design, development, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional software development and enterprise application development experience, particularly with ServiceNow
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integrations
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and providing direction in an enterprise software development environment
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
