Job Summary
To support an enterprise initiative focused on Software Bill of Materials management, the remote ServiceNow Developer - NC Licensed will design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams on software compliance and governance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement solutions within ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
- Support the implementation of SBOM-related data management and open-source software governance processes
- Develop and maintain integrations with software inventory sources and endpoint management platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in systems engineering and programming
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Strong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform
