Job Summary
To enhance IT Service Management and business processes, the full-time remote ServiceNow Developer with AI Expertise will design, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on workflow automation, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions
- Develops and maintains scalable ServiceNow solutions, including service catalog offerings and automations
- Applies AI and intelligent automation concepts to translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions
Required qualifications
- Three to five years of ServiceNow development experience or equivalent platform-development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and application development
- Demonstrated experience with AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation technologies in an enterprise setting
- Hands-on experience delivering at least one AI or intelligent automation capability on the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related fields
