ServiceNow Developer with Integrations
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer with Integrations experience, the full-time remote position will involve scripting and building ticket-exchange integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using ShareLogic Unifi, as well as supporting those integrations post-deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer, including both no-code and pro-code scripting
- Develop and unit test integrations between ServiceNow and various endpoint applications, ensuring bi-directional synchronization of data
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and support Unifi and ServiceNow upgrades through regression testing
Required qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools
- Hands-on technical knowledge of ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
- Experience with ShareLogic Unifi or similar eBonding/ticket-exchange integration platforms
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and XSD/WSDL standards
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
