Job Summary
To support enterprise IT service management, the full-time ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring platform optimization in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management capabilities
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver scalable improvements
- Support platform administration activities, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of professional experience in a senior developer or similar technical role on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, and platform configuration
- Proficiency in JavaScript and relevant ServiceNow development tools and technologies
