ServiceNow Discovery Developer
Job Summary
Experienced ServiceNow Discovery Developers will find a full-time opportunity focused on implementing and supporting ServiceNow Discovery, managing cloud resources, and leveraging AI tools for automation.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, and CMDB Health
- Manage and discover AWS, Azure, and GCP resources within the ServiceNow CMDB
- Utilize Python scripting for automation and troubleshoot Discovery performance and infrastructure integrations
Required qualifications
- ServiceNow Discovery Certification is required
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery implementation and support
- Expertise in MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, and IRE
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ServiceNow AI
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking, with AWS experience preferred
