ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To support a Federal Agency, the full-time ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will configure and implement ServiceNow capabilities, translating validated requirements into maintainable platform configurations while providing late-window engineering support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow capabilities, favoring out-of-the-box features and reusable components
- Build and configure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and coordinate end-to-end testing and operational handoff
- Provide late-window deployment support, including troubleshooting and post-production validation
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow capability areas such as ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, or Performance Analytics
- Hands-on ability with Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
- Experience with controlled release promotion, update sets, and CI/CD practices
- ServiceNow CSA plus one or more relevant CIS credentials strongly preferred
