ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting an enterprise-wide ServiceNow rollout, the full-time temporary ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training development, and implementation coordination in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute UAT plans and test scripts, coordinating testing sessions with business stakeholders
- Create end-user guides and training materials, delivering training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer
- Track implementation activities, document defects, and maintain project documentation for go-live readiness
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow administration or implementation support experience
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script creation and defect tracking
- Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver training to diverse user groups
- Experience in coordinating testing activities with business users and stakeholders
