ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a large-scale system implementation, the fully remote ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will manage user acceptance testing (UAT), develop training materials, and coordinate implementation tasks on a contract basis from November 9, 2026, to March 26, 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans and scripts for UAT, coordinating testing with business users and documenting defects
- Create user guides and deliver virtual training while explaining technical processes to nontechnical audiences
- Track project tasks and maintain documentation related to requirements, test results, and release notes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow administration, configuration, or implementation support experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow user and group management, forms, workflows, and service catalogs
- Experience creating and executing UAT test scripts and documenting defects
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions
- High school diploma or GED with availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time
