Job Summary
Designing and implementing end-to-end integration architecture, the full-time hybrid ServiceNow Integration Architect will manage CMDB data ingestion from external sources and lead the configuration of Service Graph Connectors.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement integration architecture for CMDB data ingestion from third-party discovery tools
- Lead the configuration of Service Graph Connectors, including ETL mapping and error handling
- Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to align middleware-based data pipeline approaches
Required qualifications
- Expertise in CMDB integration and ServiceNow platform
- Experience with Azure, ETL processes, and AWS
- Strong understanding of data mapping and reconciliation rule tuning
- Ability to design custom IntegrationHub spokes and flows
- Familiarity with CMDB governance and CSDM alignment strategies
