ServiceNow Integration Developer
Job Summary
To enhance the ServiceNow Integrations platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow Integration Developer will build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi, develop integrations with various applications, and support those integrations post-deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and customize ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer
- Develop bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and endpoint applications, ensuring synchronization of states and comments
- Monitor integration health, resolve issues, and support upgrades through regression testing
Required qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools
- Hands-on technical knowledge of ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
- Experience with ShareLogic Unifi or other eBonding/ticket-exchange integration platforms
- Knowledge of cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with SQL queries and database concepts
