ServiceNow Integration Lead
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote CAM ServiceNow Integration Lead will manage the integration of CAM activities across the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on streamlining workflows, optimizing data quality, and developing performance analytics dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and native reports for various stakeholders
- Configure and maintain the CAM Module to adapt to evolving operational needs
- Develop and maintain data integrations and exports from ServiceNow to Power BI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in relevant fields
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and UI configuration
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
