ServiceNow IRM Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote ServiceNow IRM Developer will configure and enhance risk management solutions, develop control indicators, and integrate IRM with ITSM while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and enhance Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management
- Develop control indicators, continuous monitoring, and automated control testing using platform data
- Build risk and compliance dashboards and reports for leadership and auditors
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including at least 2 years in IRM/GRC
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance concepts, including control frameworks and audit lifecycle
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and REST integrations
- Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders such as compliance officers and auditors
- Strong documentation skills
