Job Summary
To support enterprise clients in transforming IT services, the remote ServiceNow IT Solution Architect will advise IT leaders, design scalable solutions, and assess current IT states, leveraging deep platform knowledge and AI integration.
Key responsibilities
- Advise IT leaders on technical trade-offs and design scalable IT solutions across various ServiceNow modules
- Assess client instances and data health to identify opportunities and challenges for AI adoption
- Run workshops to translate business needs into clear solution directions and support new business initiatives
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation, development, or architecture experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and knowledge of ITOM, ITAM, or SPM
- Hands-on capability in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST, and API-led integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
