ServiceNow ITAM Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the ServiceNow ITAM Developer will configure and customize asset management tools, maintain data quality, and integrate ServiceNow with various systems to support effective IT asset management.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and customize HAM Pro and SAM Pro, including asset lifecycle stages and license reconciliation
- Maintain CMDB data quality and develop workflows for asset requests and management
- Integrate ServiceNow with procurement, finance, and endpoint tools using IntegrationHub and REST APIs
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused on ITAM
- Working knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and the CMDB data model
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of software licensing models and Agile delivery practices
- Experience with update set/source control practices
