Job Summary
To support ongoing IT operations, the remote contract ServiceNow ITOM Developer will develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions and modules
- Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and maintain JavaScript, business rules, and workflows
- Troubleshoot issues and support testing, deployment, and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Strong ServiceNow ITOM development experience
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with ITOM modules such as Discovery and Event Management
- Proficiency in JavaScript and integration tools
- Ability to work remotely with occasional client site visits in Dallas
