ServiceNow ITOM Manager
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, the remote ServiceNow ITOM Manager will collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams while guiding ITOM implementation and integrations over a contract duration of 6-12 months, with occasional onsite visits to Dallas.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementations
- Guide best practices for ITOM implementations and integrations
Required qualifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- One advanced certification in ITOM, CTA, or CMA
- Experience in leading ITOM solution architecture and design
- Proven track record of successful ITOM implementations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
