ServiceNow ITSM Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow ITSM Lead Business Process Consultant will lead workshops, create automation use cases, and manage documentation and process flows for IT service management, dedicating approximately 30 hours per week for a duration of 9 months or more.
Key responsibilities
- Lead workshops and gather requirements for Now Assist and AI/Agentic automation use cases
- Create process flows and documentation for Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge Management
- Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee process mapping and ITAM use cases
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is essential
- Two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, including ITSM and Now Assist
- Business Process Consultant (BPC) certification is essential
- Proven ability to work independently and possess strong consultancy skills
