ServiceNow Lead Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, the full-time ServiceNow Lead Developer will provide technical leadership, manage development activities, and ensure alignment with business objectives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow development activities, including design reviews and deployment planning
- Design and develop solutions leveraging various ServiceNow modules and capabilities
- Architect and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and MID Servers
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- 2+ years of experience leading ServiceNow development teams or projects
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB
- Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes
