ServiceNow Lead Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, the full-time remote ServiceNow Lead Developer will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, and ensure alignment with business objectives while managing integration and enhancement activities across various ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow development activities, including design reviews, code reviews, and deployment planning
- Design and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM
- Architect and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and SOAP services
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- 2+ years of experience leading ServiceNow development teams or projects
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal
- Proven experience with ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM
- Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations
