Job Summary
To deliver high-quality technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, the remote contract ServiceNow Mid Developer will design, develop, and implement innovative workflows and automated processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement user-friendly workflows and automated processes in the ServiceNow PSDS application
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables align with organizational goals and best practices
- Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications to ensure operational efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting technical projects
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, particularly in PSDS or CSM
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
