Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow Performance Engineer for a contracted to full-time remote position, responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance analytics solutions to enhance operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and performance analytics solutions
- Configure Performance Analytics indicators and develop KPI reporting to measure operational metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow dashboards and Performance Analytics
- Strong SQL skills for backend data analysis and reporting optimization
- Experience building executive-level dashboards for operational and leadership audiences
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Request, and Change
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
