ServiceNow Platform Architect
Job Summary
Serving as the technical authority for a Federal Agency's enterprise ServiceNow platform, the full-time Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect will manage platform integrity, oversee architecture and design standards, and lead technical support while ensuring secure and efficient operations across multiple product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain platform architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and approved design patterns
- Lead architecture, design, and code reviews for platform solutions and integrations, emphasizing out-of-the-box capabilities
- Own the technical direction for platform-level integrations and ensure compliance with security and privacy controls
Required Qualifications
- Eight or more years of ServiceNow platform experience in multiple enterprise deployments and operational environments
- Four or more years in a ServiceNow architect role with experience in design sessions and complex technical decisions
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise ServiceNow architecture, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, and related capabilities
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure connectivity patterns
- Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential and relevant certifications
