ServiceNow Platform Owner
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of transformational platform implementations, the remote ServiceNow Platform Owner will manage end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy while collaborating with IT leadership and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization, directing delivery teams on complex, multi-module implementations
- Engage with C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and serve as a trusted technical advisor on ServiceNow strategy
- Assess existing ServiceNow instances and recommend remediation and optimization strategies while leading governance boards and strategy forums
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight or more years of experience in ServiceNow platform expertise, focusing on solution architecture and implementation
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Master Architect (CMA) credentials
- Strong experience with multiple ServiceNow product lines, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD
- Proven ability to manage delivery teams and lead complex, multi-year ServiceNow implementations
