As a full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Presales Technical Lead, the successful candidate will serve as the chief technical authority for strategic client pursuits, guiding stakeholders through transformation journeys and architecting scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with client business goals
- Lead strategic presales discussions and technical presentations for prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from presales design to project delivery
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and deployment
- 10+ years of pre-sales experience or direct support of business development
- 5+ years of consulting experience, acting as a Trusted Advisor to clients
- Deep technical knowledge in various ServiceNow modules and capabilities
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
