Job Summary
Driving digital transformation for diverse industries, the full-time remote Sr. ServiceNow Presales Technical Lead will manage client relationships, conduct needs assessments, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and document specifications using Business Analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to design and deploy tailored solutions for clients
- Guide clients in selecting and configuring ServiceNow offerings to meet their unique business needs
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and deployment
- 10+ years in pre-sales or supporting business development
- 5+ years of consulting experience, acting as a Trusted Advisor
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Deep technical knowledge in various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
