ServiceNow Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

To support innovative HR applications and core ServiceNow capabilities, the full-time ServiceNow Programmer Analyst will provide advanced programming and systems analysis, collaborate with HR leadership, and enhance workforce efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level programming and systems analysis support for strategic and tactical projects
• Lead and coordinate team assignments and goals while implementing integrated hospital/corporate computer systems
• Respond to software malfunctions and support the enhancement of HR processes for improved efficiency

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor Degree with 4+ years of experience preferred
• Preferred certifications include Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and HRSD
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse groups
