ServiceNow Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team to build and manage a SaaS environment for ServiceNow ITOM, the full-time Sr. ServiceNow Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the total work effort, including planning, scheduling, and quality assurance for ServiceNow ITOM implementations
- Analyze complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions while ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, mediating between team members and sponsors to ensure project success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow ITOM platform implementations
- Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) certification is preferred
