Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' Electronic Health Record Modernization program, the full-time remote ServiceNow Project Manager will manage technical project delivery, lead business analysis, and coordinate enhancements and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical and Agile delivery, maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and risk logs while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into functional designs, ensuring traceability and necessary approvals
- Coordinate the configuration of ServiceNow solutions, manage API integrations, and oversee reporting and data quality enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise IT delivery, including 3 years with ServiceNow implementations
- Practical experience with ServiceNow solution design, configuration, and integrations
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- Ability to manage technology delivery in a regulated environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
