ServiceNow QA Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance quality assurance processes, the remote ServiceNow QA Analyst will focus on automated testing using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), integrating testing into DevOps pipelines, and managing defects through Jira or Azure DevOps.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing on ServiceNow applications
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure effective use of ServiceNow ATF
- Review and analyze ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript and manage defect tracking
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow testing
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, and DevOps practices
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for defect management
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured is preferred
