ServiceNow QA Tester with Security Clearance
Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time ServiceNow QA Tester with Security Clearance will execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for ServiceNow applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and maintain detailed test cases and UAT scripts based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT coordination, release readiness, and production validation
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, specifically with ServiceNow applications
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including user stories and sprint ceremonies
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience developing and executing test cases and validating fixes
