Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow Retail Operations Architect, the successful candidate will lead solution design for retail clients, leveraging extensive store operations experience and ServiceNow expertise to guide discovery workshops, design retail capabilities, and oversee the implementation of solutions across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on store operations and lead discovery workshops with stakeholders
- Own the solution design for ServiceNow Retail, including configurations for store inquiries and HQ communications
- Guide developers and functional leads, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and minimal customization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in retail operations, including management roles
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably in Customer Service Management
- Experience leading requirements and solution design for multi-site operations
- Ability to translate operational challenges into platform solutions
- Strong facilitation and communication skills in client-facing settings
