ServiceNow SAM Developer
Job Summary
Designing and maintaining enterprise capabilities, the full-time remote ServiceNow SAM Developer will collaborate with ITAM, Procurement, and Operations teams to automate software lifecycle workflows, ensure license compliance, and optimize platform performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow SAM workflows, business rules, and client scripts
- Implement and maintain asset lifecycle management processes, including procurement and inventory
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow SAM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
- 12+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including JavaScript and various ServiceNow modules
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow SAM implementation and configuration
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
