ServiceNow Security Incident Developer
Job Summary
To support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time remote ServiceNow Security Incident Developer will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow SIR solutions, automate incident management processes, and maintain integrations with various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow SIR solutions for incident response and case management
- Automate incident intake, classification, and remediation processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Develop and maintain integrations with SIEM platforms and enterprise applications using REST APIs
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development and configuration
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and GlideRecord
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow automation
- Knowledge of incident management processes and enterprise case management
- Experience developing REST API integrations and working with ServiceNow Access Control Lists (ACLs)
