ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the full-time ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst will analyze organizational needs, design technology-integrated processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business models and support agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current business operations and identify customer requirements to define future-state solutions
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business models
- Translate business needs into technical requirements while supporting agile development projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
- Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) preferred
