ServiceNow Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise asset management initiatives, the full-time remote ServiceNow Senior Consultant will develop and enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities while collaborating with technical teams to streamline asset management processes and strengthen integrations across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities to support asset management throughout the asset lifecycle
• Design solutions that connect service catalog offerings, procurement requests, and asset fulfillment for a consistent user experience
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external inventory management tools to improve asset discovery and data accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including at least 3 years with HAM and/or SAM implementations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities, including asset lifecycle management and license reconciliation
• Experience developing and maintaining CMDB solutions and integrating ServiceNow with external inventory sources
• Active Top Secret security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
