ServiceNow Senior Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Senior Developer will translate requirements into scalable technical designs, manage deployments across various environments, and leverage ServiceNow's AI and automation capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Translate requirements into scalable technical designs and conduct code/design reviews
- Manage DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD deployments, focusing on ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, and platform security
- Utilize ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities, including Now Assist, to enhance platform functionality
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experience in a Federal environment
- Proficiency in configuration/customization and complex production troubleshooting
- Experience with Flow Designer/IntegrationHub and UI Builder/Workspaces
- Knowledge of PWS Section 2 task areas
