Job Summary
To support innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, the remote contract ServiceNow Senior Developer will design, develop, and implement high-quality technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement user-friendly workflows and automated processes within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables align with organizational goals
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing ServiceNow applications for scalability and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
- Experience with ServiceNow PSDS or CSM implementations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications required
