Job Summary
To support the Global Impact team, the remote ServiceNow Solution Architect will lead the design of scalable ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business challenges and drive digital transformation for non-profits over a 6-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for technology donation implementations and platform enhancements
- Define platform, integration, and application architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification and two additional ServiceNow CIS certifications
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, and platform architecture
