Job Summary
To support enterprise-level implementations, the full-time remote ServiceNow Solution Architect will design scalable solutions, lead technical architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and technical design for technology donation implementations and platform enhancements
- Facilitate Human Centered Design workshops and guide stakeholders on innovative solutions
- Define platform, integration, and application architecture to align with business requirements and enterprise standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, and web services
- Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments
