To support enterprise clients in leveraging AI across HR and IT, the remote, contract ServiceNow Solution Architect Lead will advise client leaders, design end-to-end AI solutions, and define target architectures while mentoring implementation teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Key responsibilities
- Advise client leaders on technical trade-offs and architecture standards
- Design comprehensive AI solutions that enhance employee experience and workflows
- Guide implementation teams by providing clear architectural handoffs and identifying potential risks
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of ServiceNow implementation, development, or architecture experience
- Proven experience as a technical lead or solution architect on enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
- Deep expertise in Now Platform architecture and integration design
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
