ServiceNow Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of transformational platform implementations, the full-time remote ServiceNow Solutions Architect will manage end-to-end architecture, engage with IT leadership and business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to best practices across complex implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization, directing delivery teams on multi-module implementations
- Engage with C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and serve as a trusted technical advisor on ServiceNow strategy
- Assess existing ServiceNow instances and recommend remediation and optimization strategies while leading governance boards and strategy forums
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent experience
- Eight or more years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, implementation, and delivery
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and GRC
- Ability to manage delivery teams and drive accountability for schedule, quality, and business outcomes
