Leading solution design projects for a DHS customer, the full-time remote ServiceNow Solutions Architect will conduct technical discovery, develop target architectures, and present proposals to senior government officials while ensuring compliance and scalability across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Drive multiple customer solution design projects in parallel
- Conduct business and technical discovery with customers to identify needs and gaps
- Continuously improve the team's methodologies and solution design blueprints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in design, analysis, and implementation of information systems architecture
- 7 years of software development experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Architect certification
- Must be a US citizen to meet contract requirements
