- Design and architect ServiceNow SPM solutions, ensuring successful implementation and integration
- Lead demand prioritization and strategic planning initiatives, including resource and financial management
- Utilize advanced analytics and AI innovations to enhance project outcomes and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture
- At least 3 full SPM (ITBM) implementations completed
- Experience with demand prioritization, strategic planning workspace, and financial cost models
- Familiarity with ServiceNow GenAI / NowAssist and CIS - SPM
- Certifications such as CAD and CSA are preferred
