Job Summary
To support a leading organization in the ServiceNow ecosystem, the remote contract ServiceNow SPM Developer will enhance SPM configurations, manage workflows, and integrate APIs, with a commitment of 6 months or more.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, test, and enhance ServiceNow SPM configurations and workflow automations
- Manage demand, project, and resource management, including reporting and dashboards
- Integrate APIs and collaborate using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Admin and Greenfield SPM
- Experience with JavaScript and API integration
- Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps integration
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred
