Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions, the remote contract ServiceNow SPO Architect will own the overall solution architecture, guide technical delivery teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-level ServiceNow SPO solutions
- Lead solution workshops and define platform architecture and integration strategies
- Provide best practice guidance on sourcing, procurement, and supplier governance processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- Demonstrated experience architecting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations solutions
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle management
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
- ServiceNow SPO badge/certification preferred
