Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions, the remote ServiceNow SPO Architect will own the overall solution architecture, guide technical delivery teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives in a contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-level ServiceNow SPO solutions
- Lead solution workshops and requirements discussions with stakeholders
- Define platform architecture, integration strategies, and data models
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- Experience architecting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations solutions
- Strong understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle management
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware
- ServiceNow SPO badge/certification (preferred)
