Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Systems Administrator will manage ITSM administration, including user roles, service catalogs, and workflows, while also overseeing deployment processes and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ITSM functions such as users, groups, roles, and service catalogs
• Oversee deployment processes, including updates, upgrades, and performance monitoring
• Manage data quality and relationships within the CMDB, ensuring effective integration and maintenance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow/ESM platform
• 2+ years of experience in a federal environment
• At least 3 years of experience with services of similar scope, size, and complexity
